Shanaetris S. Jones has had a passion for writing since she was a small child. it wasn't until she hit a bumpy patch in the tenth grade that the passion was allowed to flourish. Using writing as her "therapy" Shanaetris began a project that she hopes will inspire young women like herself to choose the right path in life. As she knows all too well how easy it is to be steered in the wrong direction. With encouragement from her loving family Shanaetris is ready to take the literary world by storm.
Shanaetris is currently enrolled at Marygrove College majoring in Social Work with a minor in Philosophy. She is focused on setting aside her fears and being a trailblazer for young women. She is a committed volunteer to the new nonprofit organization Project Upgrade where she will be a mentor to at risk youth.
Keep your eyes peeled for her upcoming project "Reality" set for an August 3, 2010 release.
