"Choices" was written to make a difference in the life of its reader. The author's goal is to give the reader an opportunity to determine the outcome of the story that they are reading. The book is written in a way that will excite and engage its reader while offering insight to the decision making process. The reader will encounter a problem or situation that they will have to choose between three choices. These choices will reflect a good, an okay, or a bad choice. The reader won't know until the end of the chapter what type of choice they made. A child can actually read this book several times and get a different outcome depending on their choice selection. This book is written for lower elementary children (an adult or teacher read book), but can be enjoyed by all. The series "Choices" can be used as a teaching or entertainment tool at home or at school. The author wants the reader to understand that they make choices constantly and whether the choice is good or bad there are consequences that follow. This book is the first in a series which will have different reading levels and gender focus.
